About Me 🍰
My passion for decorating cakes started at the age of 14. I then attended School at Escoffier School of Baking & Pastry. There I obtained my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts. After finishing school I was the lead decorator at the Publix bakery for approximately 3 years. I also attended and intense 40-hour baking and cake decorating training from a professional pastry chef.
