My passion for decorating cakes started at the age of 14. I then attended School at Escoffier School of Baking & Pastry. There I obtained my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts.
After finishing school I was the lead decorator at the Publix bakery for approximately 3 years. I also attended and intense 40-hour baking and cake decorating training from a professional pastry chef.

The Sweet Room is DEFINITELY the way to go for any of your baking needs. Jay made my birthday cake this year and it looked perfect and tasted even better! Around Christmas I also ordered some oreo balls and the whole family fell in love with them. Everything I’ve purchased thus far has been phenomenal!
